Concierge — The Reliable Anchor
If you’re the one people count on to handle the important details, keep things running smoothly, and stay calm when everything gets busy, you’ll recognize the steady, anchor-like presence you bring reflected in this role’s everyday tasks.
What you’ll actually do:
Concierge cast members assist guests with check-in and check-out, plan itineraries, sell tickets, resolve issues and navigate multiple resort systems. You’ll stand for long periods, handle cash, occasionally work outdoors and lift heavier items when needed.
What your personality says:
You’re calm under pressure, great with people and at your best when you’re helping someone figure something out.

Bell Services — The Human Welcome Wagon
If you’re the person who insists on grabbing everyone’s suitcase at the airport and makes people feel welcomed from the moment they arrive, this role will feel like second nature.
What you’ll actually do:
Bell Services cast members greet guests, assist with luggage (including heavy lifting), tag and store items, handle dispatch calls, and support room deliveries. Much of the role takes place outdoors, and you’ll need a valid U.S. driver’s license for driving duties.

Club Level Lounge — The Host With the Most
If you’re the one who always has snacks ready, sets the perfect atmosphere, and anticipates what people need before they even ask, you’ll recognize yourself in this role.
What you’ll actually do:
Club Level cast members maintain buffet-style food and beverage offerings, prepare items (including those involving allergens), bus tables, refresh amenities and sometimes serve alcohol. The role involves prolonged periods of standing, working with cleaning supplies and lifting heavy objects.

Houseperson — The Behind-the-Scenes MVP
If you’re the person who thrives behind the scenes, maintains high standards, and takes satisfaction in making everything look its best, this role will feel made for you.
What you’ll actually do:
Housepersons keep rooms and public areas looking their best by replacing linens, vacuuming, dusting, collecting trash, restocking closets and driving golf carts. The role is fast-paced, requiring a lot of walking, standing, heavy lifting and working both indoors and outdoors.

Children’s Activities — The Playmaker

What you’ll actually do:
Children’s Activities cast members lead crafts, games and themed activities while maintaining a safe, clean environment. The role involves prolonged standing, both indoor and outdoor work, heavy lifting and the ability to provide first aid or basic life support as needed.

Recreation Attractions — The Outdoorsy Adventurer
If you’re the one who’s always saying “let’s get outside,” thrives in the sun, and loves bringing a sense of fun to every moment, you’ll find this role fits your adventurous spirit.
What you’ll actually do:
Recreation cast members support areas such as boat rentals, sports courts, fitness centers or other leisure spaces. They maintain cleanliness, assist guests, book spa or fitness appointments, handle cash, support food orders and spend extended periods outdoors. First aid training is essential.

Lifeguard — The Guardian
If you’re the one who always knows where everyone is, keeps a watchful eye, and reacts quickly when something needs attention, you’ll see those instincts reflected in this role.
What you’ll actually do:
Lifeguards monitor pools, water play areas and slides; enforce safety procedures; perform rescues; and provide first aid or life support when needed. The role is physically demanding, requires strong swimming skills and involves working outdoors in various weather conditions.
