Kevin Burroughs is Senior Director, ESPN NEXT, responsible for the strategy, growth, and success of ESPN’s industry-leading early career program. He is a three-time Sports Emmy Award winner and seven-time nominee with more than a quarter century of experience in sports media. His career spans studio production, operations leadership, and large-scale program development, with a focus on building high-performing teams and navigating the evolving, multi-platform sports landscape.

A Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM), Kevin uniquely combines hands-on industry knowledge with program and project management frameworks to drive strategic growth and scale impact. He is deeply committed to mentorship, community building, and creating environments where the next generation of leaders can thrive.

An avid New York sports fan, Kevin still holds out hope that the Knicks will win a championship in his lifetime.
