Disney PhotoPass® Complimentary Digital Downloads

Your Disney PhotoPass® photos from the 2024 Walt Disney World® Resort Service Celebration event will be available to download and share in the My Disney Experience app or at disneyworld.com.

The QR code on your event wristband makes it even easier!

How to view and download your complimentary event photos:

Disney PhotoPass® photographers will be available to capture your memories during the event.

For photos captured by a photographer

Photographers will scan the QR code on your event wristband.

To view these photos, you’ll need to link the wristband QR code to your My Disney Experience account.
To do this, visit the My Disney Experience app’s main page, select the menu icon on the lower right (three lines), and then click “Photo Gallery”.
Select “Link Photos” from the top menu and scan your event wristband’s QR code to link it to your account (or manually enter the 16-digit code listed on your wristband).

As an alternative to your event wristband:

If your photographer scans your MagicBand or Main Entrance Pass that is already linked to your My Disney Experience account, your photos will automatically appear in your account. No further steps are needed to link your photos.
If you’ve created a Disney MagicMobile pass, present your mobile device to your photographer to have your photos linked to your account.
If you use a Disney PhotoPass® card to link your photos, in the My Disney Experience app, go to the “Photo Gallery” section and select “Link Photos.” In the “Type to Link PhotoPass Card” field, enter the 16-character Disney PhotoPass® ID found on the back of your Disney PhotoPass® card.

For photos captured on-board an attraction

Please note, your event wristband will not automatically link your attraction photos to your account.

Follow one of the methods below to link your attraction photos to your account:

By wearing an active MagicBand+, all of your attraction photos automatically link to your account.
- At Buzz Lightyear’s Space Ranger Spin® and Space Mountain®, you are encouraged to tap your Main Entrance Pass or MagicBand+ to the touchpoint to link your attraction photos.
To use your mobile device to automatically link your attraction photos, make sure you have signed into the My Disney Experience app sometime earlier that same day, keep your device out of low power mode, and ensure your device has Bluetooth® technology enabled for the app.

DOWNLOAD & SHARE

Your photos from the event will be visible in your account and ready to download. Photos may take up to 48 hours to appear in your account.

To download and share your photos, you can use the My Disney Experience app or DisneyPhotoPass.com. In either location, visit your photo gallery and then follow the prompts to save/download your photos.

EXPIRATION

You must download your Service Celebration photos before they expire!

Like all Disney PhotoPass® photos, your Service Celebration photos/videos will expire 45 days after they are taken – March 15, 2025.

NOTE

These complimentary downloads are only available for Disney PhotoPass® photos taken during the evening of the 2024 Walt Disney World Resort Service Celebration on January 30, 2025.
