Honoree Timelines
Find important timeline and transportation information for each honoree group below.
Rideshare Transportation Notice
If you choose to arrive and/or depart using Uber or Lyft, please note they will drop off at the Transporation & Ticket Center (TTC) and also pick up at the end of the night at the TTC. They are not authorized to pick up at the Main Entrance.
Arrival
- Arrive through the Magic Kingdom® Park Toll Plaza and enjoy complimentary parking in the Guest lot (be sure to note your parking section and row for when you depart).
- You may walk from your car to the Transportation & Ticket Center (TTC) or take a tram.
- Transportation from the TTC to Magic Kingdom® Park will not begin until approximately 7:00 pm.
- Once you are registered and transportation has begun, you may board a monorail or ferryboat to take you to Magic Kingdom® Park.
Important: Magic Kingdom® Park will be closed to Day Guests during the celebration, therefore standard transportation to and from the resorts will NOT be available.
Event Timeline
- 6:45 pm – Registration opens for 10 and 15-year honorees at the TTC
- 7:00 pm – Approximate start time of transportation from the TTC to Magic Kingdom® Park
- 7:30 pm – "Rope Drop" – Your celebration begins with dining and entertainment in all lands of Magic Kingdom® Park
- 9:30 pm – Special presentation of Happily Ever After fireworks to Celebrate You! (Best viewing from the Castle Hub and Main Street, U.S.A.)
- Midnight – Event concludes (Note that all Merchandise locations, including those on Main Street, will close promptly at midnight when the event concludes.)
Please note: Times may vary slightly due to weather, operational needs, etc.
Departure
- Whenever you are ready to depart for the evening (or when the event ends at midnight…whichever comes first!), you may catch a monorail or ferryboat from the park main entrance back to the TTC.
- You may then walk to the tram for transportation back to your parking section or skip the tram and walk back to your section.

Room Block Guests
If you were able to secure a reservation in one of the limited Service Celebration discounted rooms offered:
- You should have received an email with details, including times, of your special transportation (you may also inquire at the Front Desk).
- When you are ready to depart the resort for the celebration, look for an Event Guide with a “Celebrate You” sign and a list of Room Block Guests at the porte cochere. Buses will take you to the TTC for registration. Once you are registered and transportation has begun from the TTC, you may board a monorail or ferryboat to take you to Magic Kingdom® Park.
- Whenever you are ready to depart for the evening, you will take your designated bus from the Magic Kingdom® Park bus load area, located to your left when you exit the park. Please do not return to the TTC.

- Once you are registered and transportation has begun from the TTC, you may board a special designated bus that will drop you off backstage at Park 1 at Magic Kingdom® Park for your exclusive pre-reception at Tomorrowland Terrace.
Important: Magic Kingdom® Park will be closed to Day Guests during the celebration, therefore standard transportation to and from the resorts will NOT be available.
Event Timeline
Honorees and their invited guest are welcome to participate in any or all of the evening's festivities.
- 5:00 pm – Registration begins; please look for the special "40 Year Honorees" registration table located on the far right
- 5:30 pm – Approximate start time of dedicated bus transportation from the TTC to Magic Kingdom® Park for your exclusive reception at Tomorrowland Terrace
- 6:20 pm – Your celebration begins as you proceed to dinner at Be Our Guest Restaurant
- 9:30 pm – Special presentation of Happily Ever After fireworks to Celebrate You! Reserved viewing area with desserts available on the West Lawn near The Crystal Palace starting at 8:45 pm for those celebrating 40 or more years of service
- Midnight – Event concludes (Note that all Merchandise locations, including those on Main Street, will close promptly at midnight when the event concludes.)

- At 4:30 pm your registration and reception begins at Disney's Grand Floridian Convention Center, St. Augustine Hall
- At approximately 5:45 pm, dedicated buses will begin transportation from Grand Floridian to backstage Park 1 at Magic Kingdom® Park to prepare for your Red Carpet welcome.

- 6:15 pm – Your celebration begins as you proceed to dinner at Cinderella's Royal Table
- 9:30 pm – Special presentation of Happily Ever After fireworks to Celebrate You! Reserved viewing area with desserts available on the West Lawn near The Crystal Palace starting at 8:45 pm for those celebrating 40 or more years of service
- Midnight – Event concludes (Note that all Merchandise locations, including those on Main Street, will close promptly at midnight when the event concludes.)
