Arrival

• Arrive through the Mickey & Friends Parking Structure and receive complimentary parking (be sure to note your parking section and row for when you depart).

Event Timeline

• 6:00 p.m. – Registration opens for 10- and 15-Year Honorees in the Esplanade
• 7:30 p.m. – Your celebration begins with dining and entertainment in the event footprint
• 9:00 p.m. – Special presentation of "Celebrate You! A Nighttime Spectacular" in the World of Color viewing area 
• Midnight – Event concludes

Please note: Times may vary slightly due to weather, operational needs, etc.

Departure

• Make sure to grab your copy of the 2024 Service Celebration special edition of the Disney California Adventure Daily as you exit!
• Whenever you are ready to depart for the evening (or when the event ends at midnight…whichever comes first!), you may catch a tram from the Esplanade back to the Mickey & Friends Parking Structure
• Trams will run until 1:30 a.m.

• All 40+ Year Honorees may enjoy complimentary valet parking at Disney’s Grand Californian Hotel & Spa. Hold onto your parking ticket provided by the valet services team.

Honorees and their invited Guest are welcome to participate in any or all of the evening's festivities.

• 5:00 p.m. – Registration opens for 40-55 Year Honorees, located in the conference center of Disney’s Grand Californian Hotel & Spa
• 6:00 p.m. – Your celebration begins with an exclusive reception and dinner held at Carthay Circle Restaurant
• 7:00 p.m. – All event dining and entertainment begins throughout the event footprint
• 9:00 p.m. – Special presentation of "Celebrate You! A Nighttime Spectacular" in the World of Color viewing area
  • Enjoy the show from your reserved 40+ Year Honoree viewing section, located in the upper tier viewing, house left
• Midnight – Event concludes

• Whenever you are ready to depart for the evening (or when the event ends at midnight…whichever comes first!), you may exit the Disney California Adventure Park main entrance and travel back through Downtown Disney to access Disney’s Grand Californian Hotel & Spa Guest entrance (located next to Sephora). Head to valet services and present your valet ticket to an attendant.
• If you chose to park in the Mickey & Friends Parking Structure you may catch a tram from the park main entrance back to the Mickey & Friends Parking Structure.
• Trams will run until 1:30 a.m.

Room Block Guests

If you have accepted your complimentary room at Disney’s Grand Californian Hotel & Spa:

• You should have received an email from the Cast Activities team with details, including check-in times (you may also inquire at the Front Desk).
• Please enjoy complimentary valet parking at Disney’s Grand Californian Hotel & Spa.
• When you have completed your event registration (located in the hotel conference center) and are ready to depart Disney’s Grand Californian Hotel & Spa for the celebration, you will be escorted from Disney’s Grand Californian Hotel & Spa to the entrance into Disney California Adventure Park.
• Whenever you are ready to depart for the evening, you may exit the Disney California Adventure Park main entrance and travel back through Downtown Disney to access Disney’s Grand Californian Hotel & Spa Guest entrance (located next to Sephora).
