Each year, Disney Media Mentors collaborates with qualified organizations and universities that identify talented individuals in college or early career stages and invest in their success in the business side of media and entertainment.
We are currently exploring and evaluating organizations and universities to participate in the 2025-2026 program.

Magic In Mentorship
With Disney Media Mentors, past Mentees have empowered themselves in their career paths, earned MBAs, and charted their own course in media and entertainment.

How Do I Become
a Mentee?
Each invited organization and university will recommend a limited number of candidates for the program. The Mentorship Committee at Disney will make final determinations.

Meet the Mentors
Our mentors represent a wide range of experience and positions. Learn more about a few of them.

Tina Hamilton
VP, Content Sales
Tina serves as Vice President of Content Sales and Broadcast Syndication, Disney Platform Distribution. She licenses Disney's entire portfolio of feature films, series and specials to third party platforms, which includes first-run and off-network syndicated television content to broadcasters and station groups across the country.

Shawn Praskey
VP, Content Sales & Distribution
As Vice President, Head of Content Sales & Distribution, Canada, Shawn and his team manage the business and marketing relationships with our Canadian channel partners across Disney’s suite of branded channels and platforms. This also includes the licensing of Disney features and series to linear and SVOD clients for Canada. Further, Shawn represents the in-market distribution relations we have for Disney+.

Lindsey Green
SVP, Content Sales & Distribution
Lindsey is responsible for licensing feature films and television for domestic and global SVOD and AVOD platforms, West Coast-based cable networks, and select pay TV networks. She and her team also manage the company’s distribution of content to its direct-to-consumer streaming services - Disney+, ESPN+ and Hulu.

Joey Sabella
VP, Content Sales
As Vice President of Content Sales, Joey oversees the monetization strategy of the company's valuable portfolio of content across multiple clients and revenue streams. His day-to-day oversight includes domestic and global SVOD and AVOD platforms and pay TV networks, working with third-party clients. Joey earned his Bachelor of Arts in Film and Television from Emerson College and his MBA from University of Michigan.
