Eligible Employees and Retirees may receive a 40% discount on select merchandise purchases (subject to certain restrictions) made at DisneyStore.com, Disney Store Times Square, Studio Store and outlet locations.
DisneyStore.com
- To enable the 40% discount to be applied to purchases at DisneyStore.com, you must register for your Disney Store account as a Cast Member (providing both your PERNR number and MyID credentials).
- Eligible Employees and Retirees that purchase on DisneyStore.com with a Disney account that is linked to a valid Cast Member ID will receive their 40% discount. No code needed.
- Eligible Retirees:
- If you have a Disney account, including a My Disney Experience account, you can use the same login email and password when you set up your DisneyStore.com account.
- To enable the 40% discount to be applied to purchases online, go to DisneyStore.com and click “Sign In | Sign Up” to either login or register a new Disney Retiree account.
- Send an email to CastMembers@DisneyStore.com or call (844) 837-2278 to have your Main Entrance Pass added.
- For all eligible Employees and Retirees who need further assistance with receiving the Disney Store discount, please send an email to CastMembers@DisneyStore.com or call (844) 837-2278.
Disney Store Times Square, Studio Store, and outlet locations
- Show your valid Company-issued ID to a Disney Store employee and the Disney Store employee will scan/ring with the appropriate discount.
Exclusions & Restrictions
- *Cast Holiday Discount is valid October 20, 2025 – December 31, 2025 (11:59 pm PT) or while supplies last, whichever occurs first, on select merchandise purchased online at DisneyStore.com and at Disney Store retail and outlet locations.
- Not valid on purchases made at Disney Parks and Resorts locations or Disney Store merchandise purchased from other retailers or using third-party websites.
- Visit DisneyStore.com/castmember for discount exclusions and restrictions.
- Price adjustments are not available for orders where a Cast Member discount was applied.
- Your Cast Member discount cannot be combined with other discounts, other than available shipping offers.
