SMS Terms of Service
- Program Description: Disney Entertainment Television Production Shared Services operates an automated SMS program to provide users with appointment confirmations, scheduling reminders, and production updates.
- User Opt-In: Users opt in by texting the keyword START to 818-506-6560. By opting in, you agree to these Terms of Service.
- Fees: Disney Entertainment Television Production Shared Services does not charge for this service. However, standard message and data rates may apply from your wireless carrier.
- Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your scheduled production appointments and interactions.
- Opt-Out (Stop): You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text STOP to 818-506-6560. After you send the SMS message STOP to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us.
- Support (Help): If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program you can reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or email our support team directly at det.setinventory@disney.com or call us at 818-506-6560
- Carriers: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
